Our carbon nanotube masterbatches CNT-PP-15 use our industrial grade multi walled carbon nanotubes. This product has a 15% CNTs loading ratio.
The CNT-PP-15 material can be used with 3D printers, molders, & extruders. Once received, you simply let it down and run it in your equipment. Sold by the kilogram

CNTs were dispersed into PP 300 using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by compression molding. Volume and surface resistivity were measured by high insulation resistance instrument ZC-90D(IEC 60093-1980, the test voltage is 100V).

CNTs were dispersed by PP SP179 (copolymer, izod notched impact strength is about 40~45 KJ/m2) using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by injection moulding. The standard of mechanical property of specimens was ISO 527, ISO 180 and ISO 178.
